Upper Mountain to Sea Trail
Today was 5 miles on the upper portion of the Mountain to Sea trail in the Irvine/Newport Beach area.
I am so happy I live in California - it was beautiful today!
Tomorrow is my 2 miler.. I think I am going to try to make it a speed run up the first mile of Sycamore.. see how fast I can get there and back. :D

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I love finding new blogs to read! So I think this is soooo amazing but we have a lot of the same interests. I love the movie Blue Crush and the Diary of Anne Frank is probably my all time favorite book. I just thought it was funny when I saw that you like both also!!! Happy running!
ReplyDeleteUm hi, I swear I'm not stalking you but I also noticed that you do trauma research on kids. I am a social worker at a residential facility for adolescent boys with sexualized behavior problems so I am working with traumatized kids all day long!
