Palos Verdes
Heidie and I ran 5.5 miles along the coast in Palos Verdes today. We bickered over which way to go but eventually we worked it out. The ocean was a bright blue and the crests were whiter than I remember. I really miss living near the ocean.
Going to start P90X tomorrow.
