Today is Friday and I have not had a chance to go running since Sunday!! My goal for this week was 28 miles. If I want to hit that goal I will need to log some serious mileage in the next three days.
Hey sometimes it's good to take a couple of days off. Forget about the plan and run what you can in the next couple days. We all need a break sometimes!!!!
I really like fall too but then I just remember that winter is next and I get nervous. Lol
So how is your week going? Did you get in some good runs? I bet your weather was much nicer than ours here! More and more I think I want to move south! :)

I had one of those weeks last week. Well, except the 28 miles part. I just took a deep breath and figured it as a rest week. Enjoy your weekend!
